Important Dates
Friday 5th May | Deadline for:- Registering team passes (click on link to right of page)
- Purchasing a lead scanning license if desired (Contact Charlotte Mellor if interested)
- Ordering AV for your stand (click on link on right of page to e-mail your AV request to Alix de Sant'Anna at America Square).
- Sending tracking number to Charlotte for any packages being sent to the venue.

The collection of materials from the venue
Stand Packages
The standard package includes the following:
- 3m x 2m exhibition space
- 5.5ft x table
- 2x chairs
- Wi-Fi
- Access to power (please bring a PAT tested extension lead).
You are permitted to erect pop-up banners, backdrops, display screens, etc. provided that you do not exceed your allocated space and/or 2.5m in height.

Timings
Setup
Tuesday, 16th May
Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up from 6:15am.
All stands must be ready for delegate arrival at 8:00 am.
Breakdown
Wednesday, 17th May
Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 5pm.
Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth.
